Chili Oil & Garlic Butter Pasta
SERVES 4 | FINISH IN 25 minutes
Ingredients
- 1 box Veggiecraft Spaghetti
- 2 tablespoons chili oil, plus more for garnish
- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 small zucchini, sliced and quartered
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ cup grated parmesan cheese, plus more for garnish
- ¼ cup minced scallions, plus more for garnish
Directions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the pasta according to the package directions. Reserve ½ cup water before draining.
- In a small bowl whisk the chili oil, honey, and soy sauce.
- Heat the butter in a large skillet. Add the zucchini and sauté until soft. Add the garlic and cook for 30 seconds more.
- Add the cooked pasta, chili oil sauce, parmesan, and scallions to the skillet. Toss well.
- Serve with a garnish of parmesan, scallions, and chili oil.
