Rotini & Meatballs

SERVES 4 | FINISH IN 30 minutes

  • 1 Box Veggiecraft Cauliflower Rotini
  • 1 Pound (80% Lean) Ground Beef
  • ½ Cup Breadcrumbs
  • ¼ Cup Milk
  • ¾ Teaspoon Salt
  • ½ Teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • ¼ Teaspoon Pepper
  • ¼ Cup Finely Chopped Onion
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 Cup Organicville Marinara Sauce
  • To Serve: Grated Parmesan & Chopped Parsley
Products you'll need
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  2. Using your hands, mix the ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, salt, worcestershire sauce, pepper, onion and egg in a large bowl. Shape into 1 ½” balls. Arrange in a casserole dish and bake for 20-25 minutes until the meatballs reach an internal temperature of 165°F.
  3. Meanwhile, cook the rotini according to the package instructions.
  4. Heat the marinara sauce in a small saucepan on low heat until warmed.
  5. Serve the pasta with the sauce, topped with meatballs. Garnish with parmesan cheese and fresh parsley.
