Vegan Sriracha Mac & Cheese

SERVES 4-6 | FINISH IN 40 minutes

  • 1 Box Veggiecraft Cauliflower Rotini
  • 3/4 Cup Miyoko’s Liquid Vegan Mozzarella
  • 1/2 Cup Grated Vegan Cheddar Cheese (recommend VioLife brand for best melting)
  • 1/4 Cup Non-Dairy Cream
  • 1/4 Cup Vegan Cream Cheese
  • 1 Tablespoon Organicville Dijon Mustard
  • ½ Teaspoon Black Pepper
  • ½ Teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 2 Teaspoons Sky Valley Sriracha (optional)
Products you'll need
  1. Boil water for pasta.
  2. Add the mozzarella, cheddar, cream, cream cheese, mustard, pepper, garlic powder, and sriracha if using, to the slow cooker. Set to high and allow the cheese to melt, whisking regularly.
  3. Meanwhile, boil the pasta according to the package instructions.
  4. When the pasta is cooked, add it to the slow cooker and stir to coat. Serve immediately.
